What are your payment terms?

During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas, goals and expectations. We’ll conduct research and collaborate in generating your design style. After everyone feels comfortable with direction, the design phase will begin. We’ll present our ideas and talk through your feedback. You’ll have 2 opportunities to provide edits. Following the design phase, we’ll ask for your final approval and launch your project! Now that your project is complete, we love to follow up with you to hear how we can further serve your needs or if there are things we can improve upon.

How many rounds of revisions?

Our process and pricing includes 2 rounds of edits for the client. An additional fee will be required if we exceed 2 rounds. We pride ourselves in collaborating with our clients so we understand your needs and style early on—which reduces the amount of edits needed.

I need a quick turnaround. Can you help?

Sometimes clients need work done quickly. Typically, we can accommodate quick turnarounds depending on the size and scope of the project. These projects are usually subject to additional charges.

What are your prices?

Our prices vary depending on the type of project we work on. Before we start a project, we’ll present pricing options.

How do I receive the finished design?

After final approval of your projects, MaurerHouse Creative will provide all finished files and usage guides via a service like Dropbox.

Who owns the copyright for the designs you produce?

Copyright for all work carried out by MaurerHouse Creative transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been paid in full. We do reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
